- Yesterday I put two dollars in one of the Salvation Army's red kettles. I then found two dollars in the trash at Starbucks. Take from that what you will.

Perhaps, teaching is not the most lucrative profession in Korea. Maybe this is why we see so few panhandlers...or maybe it's just good karma. I don't know!
